Returns

Unfortunately, since our products are lingerie, we do not accept return. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 48 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here info@pinkmollylingerie.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Also please email us a proof of the damaged or defective product.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we do not accept an exchange.
